HOW TO BAKE A MAN BY JESSICA BARKSDALE INCLAN

THE BLURB
When Becca drops out of grad school, all she has left to fall back on is her baking. With the help of her lizard-booted neighbor Sal, she starts a small business selling her wares to hungry office workers. But things quickly get complicated when she meets the man of her dreams – and an arch-enemy, his bitchy lawyer girlfriend. Before long, she’s neck-deep in office politics, clandestine romance, and flour. Saving her business (and finding true love) is going to take everything she’s got, and more.

WHAT I SAY
Becca decides to start up her own bakery her mum helps her out with the money to do this it seem to happen very fast
I enjoyed hearing about all the biscuits and cakes they all sounded so nice
The book got a lot of humour and romance
I did find Becca a bit hard to read at times everyone has to do want she wants them to do they do not a chose with her
She did not seem to have much of a idea on how to set up the business but within a few day it was all set up and was running i like hearing about all but it would not be that fast
Jeff i did not like him much but i like his girlfriend she was good for him
Jeff and Becca seem to be falling in love with each other
Now his girlfriend not happy she so bitchy to them i enjoy the way She was so funny at time she just got a way with her
The story ok it very well written it so easy to read but i just did not hold me i like a bit more action but you may enjoy it jo love it my friend
3 doll’s ( 3 stars)

  1. Hi, this was the first book that I reviewed from NetGalley! It sounds like I enjoyed it a bit more than you, but I love reading reviews of books I have already read. (just to compare thoughts). So, thanks for sharing. My review is at http://wp.me/p4CHeD-8J if you want a read.
    Have a lovely weekend AJ,
    Amanda. x
