SAMANTHA YOUNG

The explosive, emotional and unforgettable new romance from the NYT bestselling author of the On Dublin Street series
THE BLURB
Alexa Holland’s father was her hero-until her shocking discovery. Ever since, Alexa has worked to turn her life in a different direction and forge her own identity outside of his terrible secrets. But when she meets a man who’s as damaged by her father’s mistakes as she is, Alexa must help him.

Caine Carraway wants nothing to do with Alexa’s efforts at redemption, but it’s not so easy to push her away. Determined to make her hate him, he brings her to the edge of her patience and waits for her to walk away. But his actions only draw them together and, despite the odds, they begin an intense and all-consuming affair.

Only Caine knows he can never be the white knight that Alexa has always longed for, and when they’re on the precipice of danger, he finds he’ll do anything to protect either one of them from being hurt again

WHAT I SAY

This is the first book of Samantha’s I have read a d it won’t be the last once I started reading i was hooked I couldn’t put it down I just had to find out about Alexa and Caine i need to know how things work out for them the story just grip me from the first few pages to the last it a real page turner the book packed with banter, tension and sarcasm i like how the tension build up between them it made for a very passionate read

Alexa was very sassy i just loved her but she seem to be very vulnerable now after her mums death and then she meets Caine wow you will just love him he very broody and ruthless Sometimes i found him every cold he grumpy too but you just love him so much

Despite everything that is stacked against them, Alexa and Caine are drawn to each other
They are like too damaged souls who just seem to hit it off straight away it just a forbidden romance the chemistry was so amazing you could feel it jumping out the page at you they just pull you into their story’s

Henry Caine charming and roguish best friend he was such a fun characters i like his part in the story
i did not see all the twist and turns i got pulled into their life’s both characters had great personalities that just shined in the story i found the background of both characters so interesting
The will they won’t they relationship had me guessing all the time it really enjoy this book
Samantha writes a very fast pace storyline packed with emotion characters that were full of passion and love the love hate relationship was so clever it just captioned you
