DEAD SOULS BY ELISABETH EGHOLM
This book can be read as a standalone book i did and i really did enjoy the tale
This is the second book the first on is called ‘Three dog nights’ each book about Peter Boutrup he was a convicted killer
Mark was the police man
Kir the driver
The book got a few different sub plots but they all interweave into the main story at some point
Peter the main character i did like him he seem to love his dog so much he seem to be grieving over the lost of My he was very close to her
One day his mum turn up asking him to help her find her son
Magnus was 18 when he disappeared so the police would not help her will or can peter help her can he get to the bottom of this ?
Mark working on a case of a young girl a nun she just been pull out of the moat
peter had been working near at the time he seem to be the last person to see her peter tells Mark he remembers her talking to a man dressed in black but who was this man ?
Mark so sure peter kill her was he wrong?
We then met kir on a dive they find a box full of bones now a investigation going on to find out about them it was so interesting to read about
As the story goes on we see that the three may be connected but how could the old bones be link to this new murder this book take you on this journey their are a lot of twists and turns and the tension so high so we get a few more murdered we get a few suspect too
I enjoy hearing about the war in Denmark and all the things that were going on in there
All the characters were very strong and believable i liked that we get each character point of view on this case it was so interesting
The writhing style was very good it did hook me i just need to see how their were linked it a very good plot a page turner for me
I will say i did not guess the link will you?
I found the whole book so different and interesting the sub plot are very clever and what a link i just seemed to connect with the characters i really enjoy this thriller
I like to thank bookbrigr for letting me read and review this book
